A beautifully restored Type 16 Jack Plane, ready to use. This has had a new paint job and the tote and front knob finished with a new coat of shellac. Almost a full length of SW blade accomodate this very nice plane, with appropriate 139 markings in the back of the blade make this a rare SW Type 16 blade, along with the proper lever cap, I believe this plane to be type correct all the way. Sole is in great shape with no major scratches and no cracks. All hardware has been polished and coated with paste wax. Made in Canada
